RE: OMNILUX RED LIGHT MASK
BEWARE - I have been trying contact them since JANUARY 2, 2026. As of this date, 1-19-26, NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY (except a boilerplate response).
I purchased this item as a Christmas gift and the recipient cannot use it.
I've sent numerous requests, plus my return request form (on 1-2-26) and still have not heard a word from a human from their company as of today, 1-19-26. It's been 17 days.
I keep getting this boilerplate message but no one ever contacts me:
Due to a high volume of emails, please allow 3-4 business days for one of our team members to get back in touch with you. If you are reaching out regarding a return of your product please note that your return will be honored as long as you reached out witin the return window.
Thank you for your patience during the busy holiday season - we look forward to chatting with you soon!

They say they will respond in 3-4 days, yet it's been 17 days since my first contact (and numerous email attempts) and still nothing from them.
They have multiple people on their page trying to get in touch with them and they appear to have either gone out of business or just ghosting everyone.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - In my opinion, they are not ethical
