What is it?
Essentially it's simply working out for a MAXIMUM (huffing and puffing ad sweating) rate for a short time.
This means doing intervals that are super high intensity (squat jumps, plyometrics) for several seconds (20 or 30, usually) and then a short rest (10 or 15 seconds) and then repeating several times.
Hard? Yes. Great results fast? Yes. I've been doing this for a few weeks and I'm not lying...my legs are looking more toned than they have in 20 years.
It's fast and you basically "get in and get out." I'm loving it and you might too. Here's one to try (see below)...
