  This person placed an order on website. When ordering they subscribed to the email for our DISCOUNT code, CONFIRMED receipt of the email and then used the code on the order. They items were shipped to the buyer and they received the items. FRAUDULENT BUYER: CYRUS DASSIHI They then proceeded to DISPUTE the charge with their bank saying they "don't recognize the charge." The buyer NEVER CONTACTED us about a problem. We explained all of this to the bank. The bank then decided int he buyer's favor and returned the funds to them. This is completely fraudulent behavior on behalf of the buyer and the bank. The funds of over $400 for this order have been FRAUDULENTLY retained by the buyer.
